What happens during the discovery call?

The discovery call is a relaxed, confidential conversation where we explore what you’re seeking support with and whether coaching is a good fit. You’ll also get a feel for the process and ask any questions you have.

What if I don’t know exactly what I need help with?

That’s completely normal. Many clients begin with a sense of feeling stuck, unfulfilled or unsure of their next step. Our work will gently help you gain clarity and define a direction that feels right.

Is this programme right for me?

Full Bloom Coaching is ideal for people who want to create meaningful change in their personal or professional lives. Whether you're navigating a life transition, craving purpose, or feeling held back — this space is for you.

I’ve never worked with a coach before. What should I expect?

No prior coaching experience is needed. Sessions are client-led, meaning we focus on what matters most to you. You’ll be met with empathy, honesty, and structure — not judgement or pressure.

How long is the programme?

The core programme lasts 12 weeks, with one 60-minute session each week. This gives us space to explore, build momentum, and integrate real transformation over time. Depending on your needs, we can always continue coaching once the 12 weeks is complete.

What if I need to pause or reschedule a session?

Life happens. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. We’ll work together to keep things flexible while maintaining the integrity of the coaching journey.

What’s included in the coaching programme?

Your package includes: 12 weekly 1:1 sessions, a personalised plan after the Discovery Call, light check-in support between sessions, and any custom tools or reflection prompts to support your progress.

How does payment work?

You can pay upfront or choose a different plan. Check out the Pricing Page to see all the options. Payments are made by bank transfer or via a secure payment link.

Is everything confidential?

Absolutely. Coaching is a confidential space. Everything you share stays between you and your coach, unless there’s a legal or safety concern.

What kind of results can I expect?

Clients often leave feeling clearer, more confident, and more connected to who they really are. Results depend on your goals, but common outcomes include renewed direction, stronger boundaries, increased self-belief, and actionable next steps.
